I am ready to re-open my practice.
Unfortunately, at this time I will not be practising out of Walser Physiotherapy. While still a part of the team there, to ease congestion at the clinic, I will only be working out of my office at 1184 Roland St. Suite 540.
All of my existing patients have an account for online booking. Those of you who have only seen me at Walser Physiotherapy will need to have access set up.
Please contact me here to do that.
This is a gradual restart. I have begun this process by opening online booking for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11am – 4pm. At this time, I will only accept bookings from existing patients. I will gradually open my schedule over the coming weeks and then introduce new patients.
If you are unable to find a time that works for you to attend please make use of the Wait List feature on my online booking site. This way I will be able to try to get you in if my schedule changes and also see what times and days are popular for when I open up the schedule in the future.
A few things that you should be aware of, going forward. The pandemic is not over and therefore you must screen yourself for COVID-19 at the time of booking. Your appointment can not be held until the screening has been completed. The screening document will be available on your account page after you book. Another COVID-19 screening has to be completed on the day of your appointment and will be sent to you about 2 hours ahead of time.
Masks must be worn throughout the treatment. The mask must be either a clean single use or clean fabric.
Alcohol Based Hand Sanitizer is available in my office for hand sanitizing. Click here for instructions on the use of Alcohol Based Hand Sanitizer.
There is no longer a waiting area. Patients are asked to enter the building at the time of their appointment only.
If you have questions, comments, or concerns please contact me.
